    GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) is developing a next generation contract vehicle for complex professional services. The vehicle will be designed to address agencies’ needs for professional service requirements that:

    • Span multiple professional service disciplines;
    • Contain significant IT components, but are not IT requirements in and of themselves;
    • Contain Ancillary Support components commonly referred to as ODCs;
    • Require flexibility for all contract types at the task order level including cost reimbursement; and
    • Any one or combination of all of the above.

     

    OASIS will be able to provide both commercial and non-commercial services. The core disciplines of the contract will include program management services, management consulting services, logistics services, engineering services, scientific services, and financial services.

    SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) is a contracting vehicle which provides the Navy Virtual SYSCOM (VS) Commanders (NAVAIR, NAVSEA, NAVSUP, and SPAWAR) with an integrated, fast, and cost-effective approach to contracting for Engineering, Financial, and Program Management support services.

    Professional Services Schedule (PSS)

    The Professional Services Schedule (PSS) is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule, providing direct access to simple or complex fixed-price or labor-hour professional services including:

    Using the streamlined procurement procedures in FAR Subpart 8.4 Federal Supply Schedules, PSS offers federal agencies access to more than 3,300 experienced contractors who provide a range of commercial professional services at discounted and competitive prices.
