Huntsville, AL – 22 October 2021 – Integration Innovation, Inc. is pleased to announce that Richard Kretzschmar has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Richard has been with the company since 2017 and previously served as the President of i3.

Prior to joining i3, Richard completed a successful 26 year career as a Department of the Army civilian culminating his service as the acting Deputy Program Executive Officer for Army Aviation. He possesses over thirty years of aerospace engineering and program acquisition experience encompassing a variety of missile, rotary and fixed wing aircraft and unmanned aircraft systems. Mr. Kretzschmar holds both BS and MS degrees in Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University and an MA degree in Business Administration from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
