Integration Innovation, Inc. is excited to announce that Jason Gilliam has been appointed as Vice President of i3’s Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Portfolio. Dr. Gilliam will be responsible for the oversight and direction of two Business Units consisting of over 100 team members.

Jason’s professional experience includes over 20 years of leading teams in defense systems research, development, integration, and demonstration. Jason began his career in the US Army Aviation and Missile Center (AvMC) on Redstone Arsenal, where he contributed to several key R&D programs as a warheads and lethality SME, advancing to the role of Systems and Warheads Function Chief, then Technology Development and Demonstration (formerly WDI) Associate Director overseeing the Propulsion and Structures Division. In 2015, Jason transitioned from government civilian service into industry and served six years as the Warheads and System Integration Department Manager at Dynetics, where he managed a team in the advancement and integration of weapon system technologies across multiple platforms.

Dr. Gilliam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics from Murray State University, a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech, and a Ph.D. in Engineering Management from University of Alabama Huntsville. He resides in Huntsville, AL with his two children Riley and Carter.
