Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) announced it is a member of the Sigmatech, Inc. team awarded a contract to provide the U.S. Navy, Naval Supply Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) management, logistics, analytical, training, and administrative support services in support of the Kuwait Ministry of Defense.
The contract has a 12-month base period of performance and four 12-month options. Working with the Sigmatech team throughout the proposal process has been a pleasure and we look forward to a very close and productive relationship for years to come.
NAVSUP FLC Norfolk’s Fleet Operations Department is the primary advocate and liaison between service providers and Navy customers. The department proactively brokers customer requirements for information, material and services; acts as the primary entry point for all customers who do not have known points of contact with service providers; coordinates/facilitates resolution of customers’ problems, complaints and requirements. The Fleet Operations Department develops and implements innovative customer-oriented logistics products and services that enhance efficiency and while controlling cost. The department serves as the centralized point-of-contact for customer needs and support initiatives.
