Lizzy Ash
Chief Administrative Officer
Lizzy Ash is the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3). Ms. Ash provides oversight and direction to the HR, IT, Facilities, Security, and Quality departments. Her teams are focused on attracting, retaining, and advancing the workforce to ensure i3 has the best-in-class talent to meet customers’ evolving needs, as well as enhancing processes, procedures, infrastructure, and applications to expand and scale the company.
Since joining i3 in September 2012, Lizzy has risen through the managerial ranks, holding positions such as HR Manager and Vice President of Corporate Administration. In May 2022, she assumed her current role as CAO. Under Ms. Ash’s leadership, i3 has undergone substantial growth and expansion, quadrupling its size and footprint with a new headquarters, regional offices in Orlando and the National Capital Region, and a state-of-the-art integration facility.

Throughout her tenure, she has spearheaded the implementation of initiatives with the following strategic objectives:

Ms. Ash's commitment to excellence and continuous improvement is further validated by i3's achievement of industry certifications like ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D.
Earlier in her career, she was a communications specialist for a North Alabama defense contractor specializing in training and development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication arts from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
