Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) announced today it was awarded a prime contract to support the Army Research Laboratory’s Persistent Surveillance – Intelligence Surveillance & Reconnaissance (PS-ISR) Concept Development program, providing a variety of technology support to include analysis, studies, development, design, and demonstration of innovative Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) concepts and technologies to meet future asymmetric, counter-terrorism, and counter-insurgency warfare scenarios. The multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract has a five-year base period of performance, and a total contract value of $49 million.

i3, along with our team members Primal Innovation LLC, SynGlphX, Sierra Nevada Corporation and Hewlett Packard, will compete for task orders to provide Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in technologies to include sensors, cloud computing, multi-source data fusion, munitions detection systems, Signal Processing Tools and concepts, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) tool automation capabilities, and Counter Improvise Explosive Devices (CIED) technologies/systems in asymmetric, counter-terrorism, and counter-insurgency warfare scenarios. These technologies will convert sensor data and intelligence data to actionable intelligence and enable informed, real-time decisions critical to the warfighter.
The mission of the ARL SEDD is to research, develop, and demonstrate sensors, and electron devices to ensure U.S. military superiority and to provide the U.S Army with effective intelligence and information tools, guaranteeing our soldiers’ the information dominance needed on today’s battlefield.
Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) announced it is a member of the Salient Federal Solutions, Inc.(Salient) team awarded a Seaport-e Task Order to provide the U.S. Navy Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) with training services for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C41) upgrade in support of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Task Order contract has a 12-month base period of performance and four 12-month options, with a total contract value of approximately $44 million, if all options are exercised.
Under this contract, i3 will provide C4ISR training services to include development of training courses, curriculum, and execution and facilitation of courses in support of the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF). “Working with the Salient team throughout the proposal process has been a pleasure,” says Michael Wicks of i3. “We look forward to a very close and productive relationship for years to come.”

i3 to provide logistics administrative and training support to Sigmatech Inc, in support of the Naval Supply Systems Command

NAVSUP FLC Norfolk’s Fleet Operations Department is the primary advocate and liaison between service providers and Navy customers. The department proactively brokers customer requirements for information, material and services; acts as the primary entry point for all customers who do not have known points of contact with service providers; coordinates/facilitates resolution of customers’ problems, complaints and requirements. The Fleet Operations Department develops and implements innovative customer-oriented logistics products and services that enhance efficiency and while controlling cost. The department serves as the centralized point-of-contact for customer needs and support initiatives.

(i3) is pleased to announce that Brian Elit, a Flight Engineer at i3, was presented the Extra Mile Award from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC) on May 12, 2014. David McBride, the Center Director for Armstrong Flight Research Center, stated, “the DC-8 crew experienced a dual-engine flameout on engines 1 and 4, while executing an ACCESS II test project at FL 350. The crew averted possible secondary effects while they descended to attempt restarts on the failed engines. A restart of one of the two engines was successful, and the aircraft was recovered safely without damage at the Palmdale Plant 42 Airport. Timely and accurate actions prevented further risk to the five crew members, not to mention damage to an invaluable test research aircraft. Thanks for a job well done!”
i3 is a major subcontractor on the NASA contract providing aircraft operations support services at both Edwards AFB and Palmdale, California. i3 provides the pilots and other flight crews to provide AFRC flight operations support at both the Edwards AFB and Palmdale facilities.

The multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) will provide government-wide professional services with a 10-year period of performance and a value of up to $60B.
The OASIS SB contract is divided into seven pools that include logistics, IT, engineering, financial management and scientific trades and services. i3 is one of 42 awardees in Pool 4, Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences.

GSA signed a memorandum of understanding with the Air Force, landing the first large commitment from a federal agency to use the OASIS SB contract vehicle. The MOU anticipates that the Air Force will obligate at least $500 million through OASIS in the first 18 months after GSA awards contracts.
