RICHARD KRETZSCHMAR / Chief Executive Officer

Richard Kretzschmar presently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3) leading efforts to plan business objectives, to develop organizational policies, to coordinate functions and operations across the company, and to establish responsibilities and procedures to effectively support a broad array of Department of Defense & Commercial Clients. Prior to joining i3, Mr. Kretzschmar served as the acting Deputy Program Executive Officer for Aviation. In this capacity, he served as the senior Department of the Army Civilian for the organization responsible for centralized life cycle management of all Army aviation platforms. His scope of responsibility included nearly 100 aviation programs with an annual portfolio budget of ~$7.3B. Mr. Kretzschmar possesses thirty-four years of aerospace engineering and program acquisition experience encompassing a variety of missile, rotary and fixed wing aircraft, and unmanned aircraft systems. He is acknowledged throughout the world for both his technical and management expertise related to major weapon system development and acquisition. An aerodynamicist by training, Mr. Kretzschmar joined

the Army Aviation and Missile Research, Development and Engineering Center (AMRDEC) in 1992 and served in a variety of technical leadership positions. Notable achievements in his technical career include technology advancement of novel aerodynamic control surfaces such as lattice control surfaces and flex fins to include development of aerodynamic prediction methodologies for these unique devices. Mr. Kretzschmar transitioned to PEO Aviation in 2011 and served in leadership roles for several of PEO Aviation highest priority programs including Deputy Project Manager, Unmanned Aircraft Systems and Project Manager for the Improved Turbine Engine and Future Vertical Lift (ITE/FVL) Programs. Responsibilities included the development, acquisition, testing, integration, and sustainment activities associated with these major weapon system programs.

Mr. Kretzschmar holds both BS and MS degrees in Aerospace Engineering from Auburn University and an MA degree in Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is level III certified in Program Management and Advanced System Engineering, Research, Development and Engineering career fields.

Mr. Kretzschmar has won numerous awards including the Army Aviation Association of America 2014 Department of the Army Civilian of the Year Award, the 2014 Association of the United States Army (Redstone Chapter) Civilian of the Year, The Department of the Army Superior Civilian Service Award, the Department of the Army Commander’s Award for Civilian Service, the 2023 Auburn University Distinguished Engineer Alumni Award and the 2004 Outstanding Young Auburn Engineer Award.

Mr. Kretzschmar is a member of several professional organizations including the Association of the United States Army and the Army Aviation Association of America. He is a board member for the Tennessee Valley Corridor and Huntsville Madison County Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Auburn University Engineering Advisory Council.

SHANNON ALLEN / Chief Operating Officer

Shannon Allen presently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3). Mr. Allen oversees all daily business operations and works closely with i3’s Portfolio Stewards to ensure i3’s continued growth. Mr. Allen joined i3 in 2011 as a Program Manager overseeing the development and implementation of a virtual, private cloud for modeling and simulation. He was promoted to Vice President of the Cyber and Systems Engineering Portfolio in 2017 and has steadily progressed to his current position as COO. Prior to joining i3, Mr. Allen worked for Kratos, Digital Fusion, SAIC, and Quality Research in various Modeling and Simulation and software development leadership roles.

CJ JACOBS / Chief Growth Officer

CJ Jacobs serves as the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) at Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3). Mr. Jacobs works across the company to drive growth through market research and business development while developing and implementing a long-term strategy for i3’s continued growth. CJ has been with i3 since 2008 and previously served as i3’s Vice President of the Intelligence, C5ISR, & Aviation Solutions (ICAS) Portfolio.

MATTHEW STARK / Chief Financial Officer

Matthew Stark is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Integration Innovation Inc (i3). He directs all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables, payroll and financial reporting while leading departments of Accounting, Program Control, Contracts, and Supply Chain. He is responsible for the direction and financial representation in all audits, as well as provides final review of pricing of follow-on and new business proposals.

LIZZY ASH / Chief Administrative Officer

Chief Administrative Officer Ms. Ash provides oversight and direction to the HR, IT, Facilities, Security, and Quality departments. Her teams are focused on attracting, retaining, and advancing the workforce to ensure i3 has the best-in-class talent to meet customers’ evolving needs, as well as enhancing processes, procedures, infrastructure, and applications to expand and scale the company.

David King is the Vice President of our Cyber, Resiliency, Electronic Warfare Systems (CREWS) Portfolio.

LEE RINNA / Vice President of TADSS

Lee Rinna presently holds the position of Vice President overseeing Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS) at Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3). In this capacity, he bears the responsibility for the leadership development, direction, expansion, and operations of all TADSS business units and team members. Mr. Rinna began his journey with i3 on May 17, 2010, initially serving as a System Analyst and Program Manager. During this tenure, he provided support to the Joint Technology Center/System Integration Laboratory (JSIL) on Redstone Arsenal. His primary focus involved the development of uncrewed aviation solutions, services, and training for both the Army and Air Force.

KELLY RABB / Vice President of ESI

Kelly Rabb is the Vice President for Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) at Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3). He is responsible for the portfolio strategy, direction, growth, operations, and leadership development.
